The Beach Break Bungalow is a stylish classic vintage beach house with a rich Newport Beach history. This designer’s home shows an attention to detail while keeping a casual attitude to beach living. It has a 1 car garage spot and an additional 2 car tandem parking spots on the large side yard off of the alley that can accommodate a large SUV. The first level living quarters features a light-filled open floor plan made up of the kitchen, dining room and living room, all with unobstructed ocean and island views that will leave you speechless. The cozy living room has a large flat-screen smart TV, warm fireplace, and plush sofa.
